Semper Strong team training services elementary-aged athletes to collegiate leveled athletes and everything in between. Athletes are consistently evaluated and programs are developed based on the needs of the team as a while. The camaraderie built through goal achievement of the group leads to the understanding of increased productivity as an individual and as a group resulting in performance gains on the field and court.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE CLASSES
Sports performance training classes target the whole athlete in all aspects of their game.
Our program consists of enhancing the sports specific movements of each individual athlete. We focus on injury prevention balancing the muscle groups often neglected developing the necessary strength to maximize the potential of the athlete.
Bring your own bike and trainer classes offered all off-season. Build your bike fitness, gain power and GRIND out a quality workout leading to optimal performance outdoors!
Developing skills and coordination through fun obstacles and activities. Improving our children physically, mentally, and socially through movement.
